Hotel Room Fees - Once registered you will receive an email with a link to book your hotel room. We have a block of rooms at an awesome discounted price. The room block rate is $194 a night plus taxes, Wednesday - Monday (5 nights). 2 queen beds for each room. You do not have to stay at the hotel each night to receive the discounted room rate.

Due to the hotel's meeting room requirements, there are no refunds or cancellations. If you find you are unable to attend, we would be happy to transfer your registration to someone else if we have someone on the waitlist who would like to attend in your absence.
